Welcome to DealBuddi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DealBuddi, a sales enablement platform provided by DealBuddi Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using DealBuddi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use DealBuddi.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You may use DealBuddi for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform

• Upload malicious code or violate system integrity

• Use DealBuddi in violation of any applicable laws

• Access the platform in a manner intended to avoid payment or usage limits

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, playbooks, frameworks, and technology provided via DealBuddi are the intellectual property of DealBuddi Pty Ltd. Users may modify tools and documents for internal use, but DealBuddi retains full ownership of the original content and system.

6. Data and Uploads

You retain ownership of any data or documents you upload to DealBuddi. By uploading, you grant us a licence to use that data solely to operate and improve the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded content:

• Does not infringe on third-party rights

• Is not confidential without proper authorisation

7. Fees, Billing & Refund Policy

DealBuddi is a paid service. Subscription fees and billing terms will be made available at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing, billing frequency, or features included with each plan.

We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to manage transactions. We do not store or process credit card information directly.

Refunds: A 30-day refund policy applies to new users. After that period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

8. AI and Third-Party Services

DealBuddi integrates with third-party AI services (including OpenAI) to deliver core functionality. By using DealBuddi, you acknowledge that your inputs may be processed by such providers for the sole purpose of generating responses.

We do not use your prompts or responses to train our models or for manual review.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DealBuddi at our sole discretion if we believe you’ve violated these Terms, engaged in misuse, or for any operational, legal, or security reason. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at admin@dealbuddi.com.

10. Disclaimers

DealBuddi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

While DealBuddi provides tools and recommendations to support sales performance, outcomes will vary depending on your business context. You remain solely responsible for business decisions and compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealBuddi Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use DealBuddi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and notify users where appropriate. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
